Expected Result:

NPCs should be present and functioning normally
The Vault of Archavon entrance should be accessible
Players should be able to enter the raid via the portal

Actual Result:

No NPCs are present in the zone
The VoA entrance is blocked by an invisible wall or closed gate
Clicking the portal does nothing / does not allow entry

Additional Notes:
This issue prevents access to Vault of Archavon entirely and breaks Wintergrasp functionality. It appears to affect the entire zone and is likely a server-side issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

Travel to Wintergrasp
Enter the Wintergrasp zone
Attempt to locate NPCs → none are present
Go to Vault of Archavon entrance
Try to enter via the portal
